Job summary: Assist in the development and production of global marketing campaigns from concept through to amplification. Work with wider marketing team to ensure campaigns are executed across full channel mix. 

Tasks, duties & responsibilities
Work with the Creative team to conceptualise 360 marketing campaigns that are on-brand and internationally relevant 
o Attend creative idea & concept sessions 
o Ensure customer profiles are considered
o Ensure the campaign message will speak to customers 
o Ensure creative concept is relatable to customers
o Have up to date influencer knowlege
Manage production
o Location scouting
o Model casting
o Art direction
o Build asset requirements – video and stills
o Budget management
Delivery of all content assets from signing of edits to ensure variants are considered for all channels to briefing retouch to briefing art workers
Create messaging around assets
Support on amplification plans ensuring site, social and email are fully considered
Create all content briefs for video teams 
Own site homepage briefing process
Develop close relationship with wider marketing team(s) to ensure a consistent campaign message across every customer touchpoint  
Manage briefing and delivery of press and OOH using campaign asset packs (created by the creative team)
Update relevant budget trackers 
Be a point of contact for campaign related questions internally 
Support on music sync process to get music for all video edits
 
General
Ensure all campaigns are globally relevant through market knowledge and research
Be the go-to on market-leading campaigns, with a focus on what’s trending in youth culture
Stay abreast of the competition
Admin support: spend tracking; POs; budget forecasting where required
