Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable office administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

The tasks of the office administrator will include travel booking, stationery management and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

  • Arrange travel and accommodation for all employees and any company guests.
  • Serve as a general resource and point of contact for travel -related issues; assist employees with travel-related issues or concerns.
  • Research, negotiate, and secure rates with airlines, car rental companies, taxi firms and hotels.
  • Receive and respond to incoming travel requests on behalf of the organisation.
  • Perform special projects and assignments as directed.
  • Manage stationery by maintaining stock levels and distributing to the business as required.
  • Raise team POs as required (knowledge of Sage not compulsory but preferable).
  • General administrative tasks as required for the Procurement and Facilities team.
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining potential supplier database.
  • Support the Procurement team in any sourcing projects.
  • Answer all incoming calls and distribute to the relevant teams accordingly.
