Job Headlines
Support the B&M function through analysis, reporting and improvements to ways of working
Working cross functionally to meet the needs of the team in a demanding and fast pace

Reporting to Head of Merchandising or Merchandising Operations Analyst if exists within team
 
Pricing/Promotion
Promo analysis on existing and upcoming offers
Keeping track of promo calendar/changes
Requesting/submitting price amends for different territories
Managing multi territory changes at pace
Working with PHP team and ensuring correct on site prior to promo going live
Sale/ BF Pricing, promotional events  Margin roll ups
BF/ sale Analysis
Working across Ecomm  / VM & US Marketing to ensure key changes in line with plans
 
Stock Management
Roll up from teams submissions
Working with teams on MD submissions and amending where necessary/ Identify areas missed/risk
Manage overall MD margin, Working across international markets to identify the most profitable way to clear stock, pricing in line with markets and on site offers
Rebuys into MD communications
Ideas on driving MD sales Keeping stock turning during non promo periods /challenges on clearing fragmentation
Working with 3rd party to job off stock at key times to keep fragments and warehouse locations as clear as needed
Monitoring and recommending actions on aging stock, monitoring life of line to ensure keeping stock turn fast
Working with Ecomm / VM
 
WSSI management
Managing weekly WSSI Roll up, pushing back on key changes and working with HOM to agree on weekly numbers & Risks
Forward KPIS, ensuring teams meeting deadline, providing historical data and analysis to support numbers
 
Returns
Managing communication across returns analysis and ensuring teams have visibility
Highlight Top  returning products
Monitoring key areas of focus and ensuring teams clear on areas of risk and concern / overarching business risks not specific to individual lines

Reporting
Working with insight on new reports/amendments
Requirements from teams, being point of contact to help develop and improve current business reports
Challenging current reporting for improvements to tackle efficiency independently
Training teams on new ways of working and improvements
