We are looking for a Paid Search Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. Reporting to Senior Digital Marketing Executive to deliver the paid media marketing activity for our brand with a focus on paid social and retargeting. Acquire new customers and maximise performance of the existing customer base utilising prospecting and retargeting campaigns.

Reporting to Paid Search Manager and working closely with Head of Digital and wider teams your responsibilities will include:

  • supporting and delivering the paid media marketing activity with a focus on paid search and paid social.
  • delivering the paid media marketing strategy to acquire new customers and maximise performance of the existing customer base utilising various campaign strategies.
  • Support the Paid Media team with the delivery of campaigns – from delivery, supplier relationship management, results, testing and improving efficiency


Tasks, duties & responsibilities:

Support line manager with the delivery of the following:

  • You will be responsible for the day to day management of paid media campaigns, ensuring they are optimised at all times and meeting KPIs
  • Analysing performance and data to develop effective campaigns, regularly using Excel and problem-solving skills to optimise and drive the best performance for your campaigns
  • Point of contact for agency and suppliers day to day
  • Keeping on top of trends, liaising with internal teams to ensure coverage of key categories and products
  • Tracking and analysis of results from campaigns to identify potential opportunities for improvements
  • Daily, Weekly and Monthly monitoring, analysis and reporting of campaigns whilst providing feedback to line manager
  • Testing and monitoring ad copy/creative/bid management


  • Keeping up to date with industry updates, including new commercial opportunities from partners and social channels and presenting opportunities to line manager
  • Auditing and evaluating of accounts to ensure consistent best practise
  • Monthly budget management and invoice control
  • Being the point of contact for wider marketing team for any Paid Media opportunities or queries.
  • Work alongside creative and design teams to promote best practise for assets across each platform

Key requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Previous experience of working with paid/biddable channels and management platforms
  • Agency or in-house experience working on paid search/social campaigns
  • Experience working with bid management software to manage and optimise paid search campaigns (desired)
  • Experience working with Facebook Business Manager to implement and optimize campaign performance (desired)
  • Experience working on retail brands, preferably within the faction sector (desired)
  • Highly numerate and commercially aware
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manipulate data to produce meaningful information
  • Highly familiar of Google Analytics and Google Merchant Centre
  • Understanding of Adwords scripts/product feed manipulation and Bid strategies (desired)
  • Highly organised and process driven
