We are looking for talented individuals to come and join our energetic Customer Service Team. We are passionate about giving the best customer experience.  

As an online retailer, our customers typically talk to us online through Social Media channels, Live Chat and email. If needed to we are not afraid to pick up the phone to speak to our customers to get things fixed.

Your normal working hours will be on a 4 on and 4 off rotation starting at 9pm and finishing at 8am.

  • Strong communication skills – Written and Verbal.
  • To be able to identify our customers’ needs and fix first time.
