Nasty Gal is recruiting for an ambitious SEO Manager to work on their SEO strategy. You will act as a specialist, managing site optimisation, content campaigns and technical auditing.

You will be responsible for the delivery of campaigns with the aim to drive organic growth, from ideation through to completion and reporting. This is the role for someone who wants to utilise their SEO skills in an imaginative and entrepreneurial environment.

What you'll do as a SEO Manager…

  • Delivery of international SEO strategy and outlook
  • Develop and execute sustainable SEO campaigns to drive traffic, revenue and new customer acquisition
  • Lead content marketing activities to maximise campaign performance and offsite link acquisition prospects
  • Conduct extensive keyword research using market leading tools such as Google Adwords, Hitwise, SEMrush etc to identify new areas for growth in line with seasonality and product-buy
  • Collaborate with the Senior SEO Manager to achieve a technically sound site with the aim to drive improved rankings and efficient crawling
  • Work closely with the PR team to ensure that press outreach is SEO compliant
  • Align all SEO activity with the digital and brand channels to ensure optimum results
  • Collaborate with the PPC team to share insight and carry out tests to drive cost efficiencies
  • Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, Webmaster tools or similar to spot trends, issues and opportunities
  • Provide detailed analysis on campaigns and their impact on traffic and overall organic revenue
  • Work with key stakeholders across the business to educate on the key principles of SEO which impact their areas

What we want from the successful SEO Manager …

  • Educated to degree level or a similar level of experience
  • Proven SEO experience
  • Highly numerate and commercially aware
  • Experience delivering SEO campaigns
  • A blend of creative and analytical skills
  • Ability to conduct SEO analysis across backlinks and analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and experience of working with large volumes of data
  • Great command of MS Office
  • Experienced in using Google Analytics
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Webmaster Tools and Bing Webmaster Tools
  • Experience using web crawlers and other SEO listening tools
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Ambitious, driven individual who excels in challenging environments
  • A team player who is able to work with multiple business functions to achieve objectives
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
