Job Summary:

  • The candidate will be responsible for executing our affiliate strategy on the Nasty Gal affiliate programmes in UK, US, France, Ireland & Australia.

Tasks, duties & responsibilities:

Support the Senior Affiliate Marketing Executive & Digital Marketing Manager with the delivery of the following:

  • Growth of the NastyGal affiliate programmes, acquiring new customers to the brands at a profitable ROI & representing the brand in line with brand guidelines
  • Develop, lead and manage long-term affiliate promotional activity plans between multiple site types, including incentive & content sites, achieving agreed targets
  • Regularly report results for initiatives & campaigns to Digital Marketing Manager using Google Analytics, making recommendations and adjustments to drive key KPI’s
  • Build, maintain & manage agency & affiliate relationships to the optimal standard – speaking regularly, showing the ability to negotiate added value and optimum exposure for all campaigns.
  • Work alongside Assistants & Seniors in team to ensure shared learnings are applied across teams, brands & territories
  • Suggest & implement new innovations in the channel to facilitate growth – working in line with the company test & repeat model – presenting back to management for sign off
  • Take a keen interest in the fashion space – reacting to competitor activity and devising ideas for the brand to stand out & succeed
  • Liaising with other areas of digital & offline marketing, as well as operational areas of the business, to ensure campaigns are timely, on brand & efficient

About the candidate:

  • At least a year’s experience working in affiliate marketing
  • A basic understanding of other marketing channels such as PPC, social & TV advertising
  • Can confidently demonstrate use of reporting tools – such as Google Analytics & Microsoft Excel
  • An enthusiastic, ambitious and driven personality
  • A creative mind – open to, and not afraid to try, new ideas
  • A strong commercial mind, who can spot good opportunities and negotiate to get the best deal on all activity
  • Can build strong relationships quickly and maintain them to a high standard
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to delegate to the assistant
  • Management & mentoring skills to the assistant and other junior members of the team
  • Ability to work under own initiative or under instruction
  • A team player
