Job Summary:

To work closely with the CEO of BoohooMAN and to be first point of contact for them with people both inside and outside of the business. You will support by dealing with a wide range of secretarial and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities of the PA role

  • Managing all correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including incoming/outgoing mail and email, meeting requests and phone calls.
  • First point of contact for all external communication including press and investor relations.
  • Coordinating an extremely complex diary, overseas travel and visa arrangements for the CEO and other Directors when required.
  • First point of contact for the Non-Executive Directors and Chairman; assisting in arrangements for the board meetings, catering and transport as required.
  • Working closely alongside the Directors and other PAs; assisting in arranging meetings and preparing meeting rooms.
  • Providing personal support to the CEO and his family
  • Meeting and greeting visitors and employees at all levels of seniority.
  • Organising, maintaining diaries, and making appointments.
  • Booking of travel, visa and accommodation requirements, following the travel booking policy.
  • Ensure availability sheet for all directors is kept up to date.
  • Organising, attending meetings, and taking minutes when required.

Miscellaneous:

  • Is an ambassador for the brand
  • Attends training, meetings and other events as requested by direct manager or senior management 
  • Assists colleagues by completing tasks outside own job role when requested, including supporting associated companies.
  • Maintains own working area in a professional and organised manner.
  • Always strives to improve the department’s operation and increase knowledge of own and related job functions.
