An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented content creator to lead the creative and social dept at Misspap to drive forward our iconic newly evolved brand image and lead our social growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the brand identity, visual language & creative communications of the brand across all touch points with a particular focus on social media as a key content channel.

  • Own and lead the brand expression across visual language, campaigns, social media, graphics and TOV to ensure strong and clear brand positioning as a route to competitive success
  • Responsible for delivering creative, content & campaigns that are high quality, on-brand and consistently delivered to a high standard across all channels
  • Drive creative concepts and treatments for digital and above the line advertising campaigns to ensure they have commercial cut-through for both ATL advertising and social content & advertising
  • Set the art direction / briefs for all campaign & content shoots including lighting, models, locations, pose references and communicate asset deliverables
  • Lead our content creation and editorial plan based around our topics of authority, ensuring all content is engaging and relevant to customer moments, calling out key product, / trends and aligned with trade / brand calendar, maximizing content syndication across all channels (homepage, newsletters, social media)
  • Drive the social media advertising creative strategy working closely with digital team, delivering impactful social advertising camapigns
  • Focus on social media as a key output creating content for Instagram, facebook and Tik tok as our key channels to drive growth and engagement
  • Work with a roster of content creators across imagery and video to deliver engaging content for Misspap channels, also driving further reach
  • Manage the social team to drive social content and look & feel to ensure its high quality, on-brand and drives engagement, sales / traffic to Misspap, being hands on with creating abd delivering content
  • Manage workload and meet deadlines for campaign launches working closely with product, marketing & ecomm teams
  • Lead our copywriting / TOV across channels for consistency

 

Key Attributes

 

  • The individual must be an innovative thinker and highly creative with a strong understanding of fashion and photography
  • Able to be self-sufficient, self-motivated and able to travel globally
  • Strong understanding of Misspap’s brand image and target audience
  • Motivated to constantly meet high standards, improve and push the boundaries through creative execution
  • At least 3 years in a similar role, preferably in online fashion retail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively
  • Passion for product, social media, creative and digital
  • Ability to apply creative execution to all channels with an eye for detail and commercial viability
  • Graphic design skills ideal
