We are looking for an experienced marketer who can multi-task, be innovative and creative; self-sufficient and credible talking with internal stakeholders, agencies, partners, prospects and customers.

Supporting the head of marketing operations you will be responsible for the below areas

  • Work with the Head of Marketing operations, the marketing team and key internal stakeholders to define and execute a marketing plan that target specific markets, with clearly defined objectives and targets.
  • Partner cross functionally with the Integrated Marketing, Merchandising, Creative and Production teams to plan, communicate and adjust digital and social marketing tactics
  • Track the success of marketing campaigns , providing actionable insights and clear actions
  • With the team, manage and update the brands marketing / trade calendar across all markets.
  • Manage the brands creative workflow prioritising tasks and ensuring all marketing assets are consistent and in the right TOV liaising with depts. across the business
  • Analyse and evaluate the impact each campaign has on key objectives and KPIs.
  • Booking all ATL media and manage brand strategy across all markets.
  • Create and develop on-brand marketing messaging, enforcing consistency between all markets.
  • Manage FY budget and reporting.
  • Develop and manage the brand partnership strategy in each market.

Experience and Skills

  • 3+ years at marketing manager level
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficient knowledge in Google Analytics is mandatory
  • Experience of ATL, Campaign planning and understanding of Digital marketing essential
  • Experience of working with third party agencies, e.g. PR, Creative, Digital
  • Experience in organising events
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, OneNote, Teams)
  • Solid understanding of managing budgets, the total marketing mix and ROI.
