Overview:

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this role involves the development and execution of marketing campaigns across social and owned channels, to drive brand awareness. You will be responsible for daily communications and be quick to react to business needs. You will execute the strategy as directed by the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing Operations, and push forward new initiatives and ideas. You will lead reporting to ensure maximum awareness across all activities.

This role is best suited to someone who is creative in thinking but still commercially savvy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to negotiate effectively.

Objectives:

  • Campaign planning and critical path management’
  • Drive brand awareness
  • Drive traffic to site

Primary aims and responsibilities:

  • Execute campaigns against set budgets delivering MoM growth across key success metrics
  • Develop 360 marketing plans collaboratively with the marketing team
  • Lead daily, weekly and monthly reporting on results (posts, reach, new followers, traffic, sales etc)
  • Use social listening tools to find new opportunities for growth e.g. new platforms, brand partners that engage our community
  • Supporting the influencer marketing team
  • Work with the global teams to repurpose UGC across channels
  • Support digital team with delivering creative assets for social advertising campaigns
  • Identify like-minded brands for partnership opportunities.
  • Work cross functionally with Creative, Legal, Buying & Merchandising, Design, Ecommerce, Studio, Warehouse & Imports to ensure smooth execution of all projects
  • Support managing the long-term relationships with strategic and tactical partners and manage campaign from ideation to evaluation

    Skills and experience:

  • Demonstrate a strong interest and experience in online fashion retail, ideally in the fast fashion sector.
  • Have a solid understanding of a multichannel marketing team and marketing real estate landscape
  • Highly commercial and able to understand the financial levers of a complex retail business.
  • Highly numerate and literate.
  • Creative mind and the confidence to recommend new ideas
  • Ability to communicate effectively through a variety of methods and with exceptional influencing ability.
  • Experience of building and leading high performance satellite teams.
  • Ability to maintain a positive can-do attitude under pressure and challenge from others.
  • Be resilient and self-motivated.
