The role is responsible for the quality assurance strategy and execution for clothing product categories across the entire Boohoo Group. 

 

This role reports into the Group Sourcing and Product Operations Director 

 

The role involves

  • Leading and managing the quality assurance teams in Manchester, London, and the Boohoo Group Sourcing hubs. 
  • Managing the fit sealing process in partnership with the buying teams and suppliers to deliver the most commercial fits whilst ensuring speedy decision-making. 
  • Enabling the supplier self-sealing process to guarantee speed and commerciality within fit sealing process. 
  • Working collaboratively with the Customer Services, Sourcing and Commercial teams to ensure all customer quality control issues, defects or product faults are managed and resolved in a fair, practical and commercial way with customer satisfaction the number one priority. 
  • Working alongside the Product Compliance team and supporting the sourcing team in educating and assisting the suppliers to ensure highest product quality standards across the Boohoo group. 

 

KPIs for the role, creation of a standardised set of size blocks and size specs across the clothing ranges. 

 

Selection, support and implementation of a PLM system to manage the storage of the group size blocks and specs. 

 

 

Our offices are based in Manchester City Centre and Central London
