We are looking for talented individuals to come and join our energetic Customer Service Team. We are passionate about giving the best customer experience. As an online retailer, our customers typically talk to us online through Social Media channels, Live Chat and email. If needed to, we are not afraid to pick up the phone to speak to our customers to get things fixed.

We offer a flexible shift pattern of 40 hours per week.  Your will work between the hours 07:00 and 22:00 Monday to Friday with your shift lasting 9 hours per day (8 hours for work and 1 hour for breaks).  You will also be required to work a minimum of 1 weekend in 3, this may increase with business demand, and you will be provided with a 6-week rolling shift pattern.

To keep everybody safe you will be required to complete your induction virtually with the possibility of onsite training requirements of a maximum of 3 days. There may be a requirement for you to travel to our Burnley site for meetings, as and when needed. 

As you will be working from home you will need your own computer equipment and Wi-Fi capabilities.
