We are looking for a user-experience (UX) designer able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. The UX designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.

But that’s what everybody says – this role sits within the Digital Product Design team, which has been recently formed to make sure each brand in the group has a unique experience on web. This means full redesign projects delivered within a set timeframe making sure all the necessary stakeholders are involved and the sites delivery from a brand and performance perspective; they meet today’s ecommerce standards and where possible break the pattern of what sites “usually” do to set a new standard.



Support the Digital Product Design (DPD) Manager in gathering requirements from stakeholders

Help define the purpose and expectations for each step of the design process

Collaborate with web analytics team to identify patterns and insights that inform design decisions

Collaborate with UI side of the team to make sure there is a clear outline of what and where UI assets are required

Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.

Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.

Understand legacy requirements and functionality and identify how it can be improved or adapted as part of new design templates

Assist in the creation of, and review functional specification documents that detail every working piece of the designs produced.



Three or more years of UX design experience.

Used to working with or without a comprehensive brief

Expertise in Adobe XD, Photoshop. Basic Adobe After Effects, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.

Ability to work with internal teams to understand how the design can serve their needs.

Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility requirements.

Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.

Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions

A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking. The user is not just the customer but our internal teams as well.

Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
