The Role

Here at Boohoo, we have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our Talent Team. Boohoo has gone through a number of acquisitions and welcomes a number of new brands into the Boohoo family. Due to this growth we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join the Talent Team.  This is a fast paced role and your main responsibility would be to assist in proactively managing the talent pool of candidates who want to join the Boohoo family. Supporting the Talent Acquisition Partners with candidate applications, interview process through to offer stage, across a wide range of roles within the head office.



  • Shortlisting applications via careers portal (time per role shortlist depends on the amount of vacancies and applications) (sending suitable CV’s across to the hiring managers)
  • Updating and maintaining the recruitment database-Eploy ensuring candidates are managed through the process in a timely manner to include:
  • Organise interviews including coordinating with recruiting managers and booking interview rooms. (Currently on teams but potentially face to face once Covid permits)
  • Issue confirmations to candidates and supports with effective, friendly and brand appropriate communications.
  • Prepare and issue new starter paperwork through the candidate portal and confirming start dates.   
  • Provides feedback to unsuccessful candidates ensuring all written confirmation has been issued, advising candidates of the outcome.
  • To regularly update and maintain vacancy trackers.
  • To set up LinkedIn alerts for all key functions and review them daily to keep up to date with new candidates registering to the site/candidate career updates
  • Produce creative and engaging content to be posted on LinkedIn on a weekly basis
  • To build candidate market lists via LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • To support with ‘Right to work’ checks.
  • Raise relevant Purchase Orders for the resourcing function, tracking spend accordingly.
  • Ad-hoc general administration and project work to support the Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • Support the attraction and assessment centre process for Early Careers (Placement and Graduate programs)


  • Ability to prioritise and manage several activities simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative and be proactive
  • Computer literate – Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.
  • Experience within an admin role preferred
  • Team player – approachable & flexible
