Job Summary:

As the Oasis Production Coordinator with direction from the Studio and Production Manager and Head of Creative you will be responsible for producing high quality and on brand imagery for the Oasis brand across both gallery and campaign. You are positive, proactive and solutions focused. A keen eye for detail and quality is a must. You are highly organised, able to keep up the pace, and remain calm under pressure. You have a good sense of commercial awareness and a strong understanding of the fashion and photographic industry.

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule the in house studio, booking in shoot days, models and freelance talent where needed
  • Ensure the upkeep of the studio is maintained, order photography equipment, props, any other equipment where needed
  • Brief freelancers pre shoot, HMU briefs, shoot rail for freelance stylists etc
  • Keep an eye on quality control, checking contact sheets ensuring we stay on brand
  • Liaise with the Sample Coordinator & buying to ensure the correct amount of shoot day’s vs product are booked in accordingly
  • Ensure the budget tracker is kept up to date and studio and shoot costs are logged, PO’s raised and invoices submitted to ensure suppliers are paid on time
  • Organise model castings on a weekly basis ensuring our model pack is up to date, fresh and on brand
  • Source new talent, build and update the Oasis book of contacts, including agencies, locations, catering & studios; building strong relationships with external suppliers
  • Produce social shoots first handed, handling the budget, talent and bookings
  • Assist the Senior Studio & Production Manager and Head of Creative on campaign shoots, including TV
  • Support on all day to day needs of campaign and content shoots, including sourcing props, equipment, model bookings, catering & call sheets
  • To support the senior studio & production manager on ensuring shoots are produced on brand and of the highest quality, ensuring we come under budget across gallery and campaign
  • Attend external shoots where needed, offering on site production support, travel where necessary
  • Adapting to last minute requests or changes
  • Working towards your personal KPI’s
  • Working on additional projects when necessary
  • Liaise with the creative team and marketing team to achieve the studio and creative department goals
  • Demonstrate and maintain a professional presence in around the studio and on external shoots
  • Working closely as part of the studio team and supporting one another
