Job Summary
The Karen Millen and Coast brands are looking for a Content Manager to join the team based in London.
The role involves supporting the brands to attract and retain customers by promoting the brand on the websites and relevant marketing channels.
Key Duties
  • Understand our customer needs and develop relevant messaging to improve customer engagement and acquisition
  • Ownership of the brands content strategy – ensuring we are championing the brand strategy whilst driving the SEO strategy
  • Identify key messages - understand the main thing that we want the customer to feel and do and how to communicate this powerfully
  • Own the overall campaign message and work closely with channel owners to ensure we deliver connected and relevant marketing campaigns – done in collaboration with the Campaign Manager
  • Create SEO-optimized copy for digital touchpoints
  • Management of our external content creators and freelance copywriters
  • Ensure that the visual elements complement the words and vice versa in collaboration with the Campaign Manager
  • Identify fresh and interesting angles for your content
  • Test graphics and written copy across various media and optimise on-going
  • Key KPIs: Traffic, Engagement rate, Customer Frequency of shop
Skills and Experience Required
  • Editorial copy background ideally in the fashion sector
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Used to working in a fast paced environment
