Job Summary:

Join the Finance team and play a key role in producing monthly management accounts to a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner, and providing Management Reporting to enable better decision making throughout the business

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

Month end reporting, including:

• Accruals & prepayments
• Stock & sales adjustments
• Reconcile overhead and payroll spend to forecast
• Stock provision calculation
• Preparation of monthly consolidated Group reporting pack and commentary

 In addition to:

• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Monthly cost reporting and review actuals vs budget variances with directors to control costs
• Maintain rolling forecast
• Stock provision review with Merchandising Directors
• System interface reconciliations
• GRNI reviews with purchase ledger team
• UK & International payroll cost allocation
• Work closely with business partners and other stakeholders across the brands and departments
• Liaise with external auditors during the audit process
