HR Systems Analyst

Reporting to the Senior People Partner, you will act as our people systems expert and be responsible for maintaining the integrity and reliability of our workforce data across all people systems.  You will be responsible for developing and delivering reports, metrics and training to key stakeholders as well as optimising system performance to enhance ways of working.  You will also support the management of internal and external stakeholder relationships.


  • To work collaboratively with key stakeholders to collate user feedback and determine the requirements of our people systems
  • To maintain the integrity and reliability across all people systems for the development and delivery of reports and metrics
  • To prepare and present data and analysis to key stakeholders to support strategic planning and compliance with changes in legislation
  • To enhance the use of all people systems and implement new system processes to maximise efficiency and continuously develop ways of working
  • To maintain knowledge of upgrades and perform developments in all people systems to optimise performance
  • To prepare and deliver systems training materials to key stakeholders and the wider business to improve user experience
  • To support the management of the 3rd party relationship with the broader People and Technology Teams
  • To conduct audits on people processes and systems data when required and ensure system compliance with GDPR
  • To support with ad-hoc data queries and resolve application issues where required
  • To perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience of HR Management Systems
  • Strong ability to maintain, gather and interpret high volumes of data
  • Strong technical support skills and proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in an agile environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
