The opportunity

We’re at the beginning of an exciting transformation journey within our talent acquisition team,  now our boohoo family has grown to 13 brands we’re evolving. We’re a team that are passionate about helping the business achieve its ambitious growth plans – you’ll have an important role to play in enabling the right talent to be hired.  This Talent Acquisition Partner role will be collaborating with our boohoo family group functions from finance to sourcing or legal to facilities and so the hiring activity will be varied, with never a dull day.  

What will I be doing

You will be part of our wider People team, partnering with the business to enable identifying, attracting, assessing and hiring great talent. You will recruit autonomously for your business areas and build strong relationships with hiring managers, understand their needs, define requirements and deliver an agile process and unrivalled candidate experience.

We’re a team where we have each other’s backs, we support each other but also encourage and push one another to always be continuing to learn and develop. We’ve got lots to do to deliver our vision so this role will need you to navigate through everything not being perfect and already in place, and you’ll need the confidence to explore doing things differently and then implement and measure those changes to make positive impacts.

  • Solid experience of in-house or agency recruitment with a genuine passion delivering unrivalled candidate experiences. Knowledgeable about the retail/ecommerce industry would be a bonus
  • Experience of working on support function recruitment would be ideal
  • Has learning agility to ensure they continually develop themselves as a talent acquisition specialist
  • Keeps a finger on the pulse of candidate’s motivations and drivers within different talent markets
  • Is happy multi-tasking, with the ability to manage high vacancy numbers efficiently
  • Is an excellent communicator, over communicating when needed – with candidates and hiring managers
  • Skilled in a range of sourcing strategies across a variety of channels
  • A sense of urgency and pace with a delivery focus
  • Expertise in building strong trusted relationships across multiple teams internally and externally
  • Able to think ahead and organise/plan effectively

This role offers hybrid working being based in our Manchester office with the option to work from home 2 days a week, we offer flexible core hours too.
