Role Summary

We’re looking for an Email Operations Assistant with a passion for marketing with an interest in working in CRM. Your role will focus on the email channel and including building and updating email content sent to our customers. Full training will be provided but we’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, who is up to date with customer trends and behaviours, technically minded and can think outside the box.

Key functional areas of responsibility:

  • Assist in the upkeep of automated email campaigns making sure the customer is getting the right message at the right time.
  • Help to nurture and grow email marketing lists in our latest territories by creating high quality email campaigns.
  • Share ideas and assist in implementing the latest trends into our email communications with an emphasis on 1 to 1 personalisation. 

Full training will be provided but the following would be advantageous:

  • Experience in HTML/CSS
  • Experience using the Adobe creative suite (Photoshop / Dreamweaver)
  • Experience using a CRM platform to communicate with customer
You’ll also:
  • Have an interest in retail / online marketing
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Be looking for a career in CRM / Marketing
