About the role

Reporting to the Head of Digital your role responsibilities as Affiliate Marketing Manager will include:

Key functional areas of responsibility

  • Management and optimisation of Affiliate programmes across all markets
  • Management of networks and country specific account managers across all markets
  • Owning and developing Affiliate and Partnership strategy alongside Head of Digital
  • Support Head of Digital with channel forecasts, budgets & KPIs
  • Manage channel budget (commissions and tenancy) in line agreed revenue targets and to budget
  • Planning, implementing and measuring campaigns as well as identifying new opportunities
  • Management of blogger outreach to support Affiliate content strategy
  • Reporting on performance and owning channel analysis in-line with agreed targets and objectives
  • Sharing insights and learnings with junior team members and the wider team
  • Pro-actively acquire, activate and retain new Affiliates for growth across all markets
  • Negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements with all partners
  • Channel audits to identify gaps and opportunities and identifying new Affiliates to recruit
  • Competitor benchmarking across all markets
  • Management of promotional activity and assets across key Affiliates in-line with marketing calendar
  • Ensure all Affiliates represent the brand correctly
  • Establishing and maintaining strong partner relationships to drive new customer acquisition
  • Assist in developing and maintaining market leading position in the Affiliate space
  • Working closely with other marketing channels and BI teams to understand the “bigger picture”
  • Manage weekly WIP calls to discuss channel wide performance and actions in-line with strategy
  • Develop and manage VogaCloset partnership and strategy to drive new customer acquisition
  • Management of the Unidays partnership and strategy to drive new customer acquisition, ensuring promotional activity is in line with key student loan drops
  • End to end management of validation process for Affiliates and Unidays
  • Management and training of junior members of the Affiliate team, report back on progress regularly and input into progression/development plans
  • Work with the Head of Digital to define new department processes and to improve efficiency
